Getting started

Activate one File It server

Use the Tenant ID and one-time activation code from My File It. These are separate values and authorize one server installation.

What to do

  1. Open My File It and choose License.
  2. Copy the Tenant ID and reveal or issue the unused activation code.
  3. Enter both values on the File It server—not on a workstation.
  4. After activation, sync entitlement and confirm the Install ID appears in the account.
